The room was very comfortable, beautiful location, great services and amazing customer service. They were incredibly accommodating and when there were issues online with checking in, they helped through the phone and made everything seamless. Will definitely be back in the future!

A last minute booking due to another property not being available as promised when we arrived. Worked out really well though as this place was lovely. Ideal for a family of four (2nd bedroom had 2 queens), the facilities were great. Lovely setting in the woods and there is a pool, and a club house with pool table. The kitchen has all you need to do some home cooking and it's very safe and quiet. We had a power cut (not Hyatt's fault, it was much of Incline Village) but the staff were great and made sure we all had torches and they put glow sticks on all the paths.

Property is in a great location, easy access to Truckee and all the ski field and Tahoe surrounds. Chalet is picture perfect in the snow. The outdoor spa on the deck was great and the three bedrooms and two bathroom set up worked well.
