Shose Chalets exceeded my expectations. The bedrooms are separate units with a private garden and a verandah which I spent relaxing days reading or napping. I didnt feel like I was staying at a hotel as the units are individual suites. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. There is even a clothes line out back to hang clothes. A breakfast of juice, tea/coffee, omelette, pancakes is served by the lovely Stellah on the verandah of the chalet. Peter, the Manager, is always available to answer questions or resolve issues. The location is about 5km from the centre of Moshi. Peter will arrange a tuk tuk or taxi (about TZS6000) with Baracka. — I even went up to the waterfalls with Baracka on a tuk tuk which I would highly recommend. He is a safe and knowledgeable guide. This is the perfect place to relax before or after safari or climbing Kilimanjaro.

Very very nice quiet place. As there are only a few rooms, it feels very unique and calm. I would recommend if one is looking for calm.

The Mountain View is spectacular! Service was great and the room was beautiful. Loved my dinner and breakfast was so nice . I wish I had booked for more days,,,,,,,I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely stay here if I come back to Tanzania.
