The host and manager , Mr Su and wife were the best hosts we have encountered on any trip on any continent thus far , you can rest assured that they will 100% ensure that you are taken care off - we are eternally grateful when we were sick that Mr Su on his own accord took us to a nearby clinic ,waited for us and brought us back. They assisted us with a recommendation for a day trip and where to purchase tickets - excellent suggestion And on the day of leaving he had already bought out ferry tickets that we needed so we didn’t have that stress of running around to get. All in all we feel blessed to have met Mr Su and wife and hope to return to Koh Mook and there’s so other place we would ever stay there ! Looking forward to the bar and restaurant they are busy constructing on site !

Everything perfect! Kookai helped us with everything und she organised us perfect the transfer from Trang airport to the Bungalows. It was great. The bungalow was so nice. Mosquito nets for every bed and such a nice balcony to relax. Very close to Charlie beach. We loved it 🥰

We loved our stay at the Tropical, the hosts were very friendly, the place is beautiful and full of interesting solutions and details. Everything, the villas are gorgeous and the staff lovely. The Italian food was next level 😊 Great snorkelling 200m off the beach, at low tide you can walk out to the reef to snorkel, would suggest taking reef shoes if you have them as there is dead coral on the way out to the reef.
