A hotel beyond our expectations!! We arrived very tired due to a serious health issue the day before, and our vacation plans had changed. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we didn't have the smiles and energy we had hoped for. Despite this, the entire team was incredibly kind and attentive. They provided us with calm, comfort, and serenity. Everything was perfect: the cleanliness, the services, the assistance, and above all, their kindness. It's difficult to express our gratitude fully due to the language barrier, so we're doing it in writing: A huge thank you to the entire team. The bungalows are really beautiful, you are fully immersed in the jungle. The family who own the property are so genuine and kind, they will go out of their way to make sure everything is good for your stay. they even showed me how to use a scooter as I wanted to rent one and they went above and beyond to make sure I was confident before going on the road. would definitely recommend!
