Staff was the number one thing we loved about this place. They helped us select great excursions that fit our family's preferences (staff includes at least one former guide). James, Lulu, and the rest of the staff patiently and happily devote time to helping guests solve these and other problems. Great breakfast including menu choices.

breakfast was lovely. The room was exceptional and pristine. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was within walking distance of restaurants. The massage offered was good and very reasonably priced.

I liked everything about this lodge (the over all lodge, the room, cleanness, location and staff support). I specially loved the way staff treated us, they were always ready to take any questions we had and tried to solve it. There was at least 1 person at the Front desk, I interacted with 3/4 people during my 2 night trip, and each and everyone were equally helpful. I would rate the property. 10/10

Living along a waterfall in the middle of the jungle. Excellent breakfast in other place that’s also owned by the same owner, who is a very nice man. Cottages are brand new.
