The accommodation was in a beautiful courtyard. Kammy (housekeeper) lived on site and was there for us 24/7. The breakfast was super tasty and completely sufficient. Every day there were eggs as desired (omelette, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs), fresh fruit and sometimes pancakes. The rooms were always clean, there was a laundry service (at an additional cost) and just a great holiday feeling!

The property was large and super clean (and kept clean every day). The staff were the nicest and most accommodating people. They made sure we had everything we needed and that we felt comfortable and relaxed. The chalet itself was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved sitting outside with a drink at the end of the day. The location was ideal - right opposite a lovely beach and close to the restaurants in town. Le Surmer also offers food and we tried the beach bbq which was delicious. The staff really went above and beyond to make us comfortable. La Digue really is the most perfect little tropical island.

La Digue Island Lodge has its own diving centre on Anse Reunion Beach. A sun terrace overlooking the ocean sits by the pool with swim-up bar.

We absolutely loved our stay at La Digue Island Lodge where we celebrated our wedding and honeymoon. The location was like a dream — our cottage just 30 meters from the shore was beautifully decorated, surrounded by flowers and palm trees, with stunning views of the ocean and nature. The hospitality was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from the welcome wine in our room to the lovely decorations after our beach wedding. The resort itself felt like a cozy retreat, perfect for a romantic getaway. If you're looking for a magical place to celebrate special moments or simply relax in paradise, La Digue Island Lodge is the place to be. We can't recommend it enough for its serene atmosphere and outstanding service. Our stay at Digwa Beach Chalet in La Digue was absolutely perfect. The chalet is right on the beach, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful, private atmosphere. Without a doubt, this is the best place to stay in La Digue. What truly made the experience exceptional was our host, Christopher. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless—helping us arrange bikes, taxis, and anything else we needed. His hospitality and attention to detail were outstanding. This was easily one of the best stays we’ve ever had, and we would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
