The location was incredible, situated within the mountains, surrounded by further mountain ranges covered with snow peaks with views for miles all around. The property has a log fire place which you can light and feed the fire yourself, and is all hand build and finished by the owners on the land. The host, wow what an exceptional person she really is, she greeted us late at night when we arrived, showed us everything, helped us with our bags waited on us hand and food, and even provided a traditional Romanian breakfast with fresh eggs meat and vegetables all provided from her farm land, at the cost of 60lei. The breakfast was so amazing I paid her 112 lei (£20) as I couldn’t justify paying so little for so much.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. I liked it so much that I plan to return next year. The villa was perfect with everything we needed and very comfortable. Cristian is a lovely little town. So peaceful and quiet and very safe. Brasov and Rasnov are close by and cheap and easy to travel to by taxi. The hosts were excellent too. A very professional operation.
