Host was there to provide keys and details. Was kind enought to provide keys before the official time for check-in. Very kind host and great service. The house is amazing. I was a bit nervous as was taking my in laws first time to Madeira, but when they saw the house, they didn't even want to see the island anymore. They just want to stay at home. The view to Funchal is gorgeous. Highly recommended!
