Judith, Josue and their beautiful boy Thiago were absolutely amazing!!!! This was the best stay after a huge bus ride. We were so relaxed watching the sunset cuddled up with a blanket. We were provided with the most incredible food - especially the fried trout and soup Judith prepared. Josue took us on a tour around Uros and also took my partner fishing!!! It was just so great. We didn’t want to leave. We also jumped in the lake which was beautiful and clear. A unique and special stay we will remember forever.

Everything way excellent. The room is sunny and spacious enough. Beds are comfy and the blankets soft and thick. There s a heating, so you re not cold during the night on the lake. The terrace is a wonderful place for the afternoon, shaded bed to enjoy the views of other islands. Bathroom very clean, water boiling hot. Dinner and breakfast served in the room, tasty. Free pickup from the port. Raul and his family are helpful and lovely.

This was an amazing place! The hosts were so kind, gave us loads of information and even took us on a small tour of some nearby islands. The food was amazing! Very generous portion sizes and they were able to cater to a vegetarian diet. It was cold in the lodge but we always had plenty of blankets, a heater, hot water and hot water bottles to keep us warm so it was never a problem. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Mama Lea, Papa Mario and their son Ivan are super friendly. The experience of sleeping on a small Uro island is unique and recommendable. Mama Lea is a very good cook! We had great meals. Transfer round trip is offered for 80 soles which is fair since it's around 30 minutes per way.

Meals were varied and extremely delicious. It is a miracle how luxurious the place is having in mind it is in the lake. A wonderful family business. Cesar and Lucy were terrific hosts and offer a wonderful lodge and total Uros experience. Even before arrival, the quality of attention in organizing the boat pick-up was impressive. The boat ride itself was so relaxing and enjoyable. The lodge itself is just marvellous with spacious rooms, clean and very comfortable with fabulous views out into Lake Titicaca. The meals are nutritious and delicious, and if there are dietary issues, every effort is made to accommodate these. Most wonderful were the side trips, whether in the motorboat, the canoe, or the large raft, each of which offers a distinct experience. The Uros community is absolutely fascinating to learn about and Uros Samaraña is an ideal way to experience it.

Raoul's wife cooked simple but delicious dinner and breakfast. What I liked the most is that they provided hot waters upon arrival and also next day morning - delivered to your room and kept you warm. Also the shower is HOT! toilet is super clean, even though the water pressure was a bit low but you can have a hot shower at this place which is amazing. Also the free shuttle from the port and the taxi arrangement from the bus terminal - everything went so smooth. Will definitely recommend to people.

It’s a unique place to stay and therefore you have to adapt, it’s not 3*, but great fun, just role with it ! Haha. We loved it. Lovely people, very acceptable food. The only electricity is a USB charger point in the cabin, apart from lighting.

The hosts Wilson and Lisbeth were very kind. They offered us a shuttle to their island. We had very delicious lunch, dinner and breakfast. The view is stunning. The room was very large and we even had warm water in the shower. The dog Kira was very lovely. A really amazing experience. Wilson arranged a tour for us the next day and stored our luggage during that and brought it to our expedition boat at the end of our trip.
