It was a great experience to sleep in this suite on the Mountain. The vieuw was spectaculair. It is easy to reach, walking up a path that is not at all difficult or long. The jacuzzi is a bonus.

Stan and Edith are delightful hosts- so helpful and friendly. They helped us to organise some riding with their friend and gave us great info about a lovely local walk to Pumamarca. The room was really comfy and clean and the breakfast was great.

I spent 5 days in Casafranca. This place is something special. The rooms are large and nicely furnished, everything is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was the best I had on my whole trip to Peru, including homemade jam and granola. Vanessa is an excellent host. She helps in all matters. Her recommendations (restaurants and other) had been excellent. It is not a problem that Casafranca is not in the centre. Vanessa makes sure that you can get to the centre at any time. She took me to the first train to Aquas Calientes at 4.30 in the morning. I would stay at Casafranca again at any time!

You really get a whole experience already beginning with the climb. I already paid one of the guides to take photos. That meant that I could enjoy the climb and the stay without thinking of taking pictures. It is definitely worth it. The meals were outstanding and there were plenty. The pod is a ‘once in a lifetime’ kind of experience. And even though it Can be cold (I visited during the Winter in Peru) take your time and go to the roof of the pod and look at the stars. Also, have in mind that the facilities are primitive but works Well (you are hanging several hundred meters over the Ground) The guides were fantastic. Their english is good, and you felt very safe with Them.

If you can, ask him to be your guide; you’ll gain so much insight and connection to the Sacred Valley! Claudia’s cooking was equally remarkable—each meal was a masterpiece filled with love and flavor. And, of course, we can’t forget Tupac, their adorable and friendly llama. Hugging him was such a unique and heartwarming experience! The lodge is a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and cultural immersion. To top it off, Rodi is beginning to organize Inca Trail tours with a big focus on ensuring porters are treated with the utmost care and respect.
