It was a great experience to sleep in this suite on the Mountain. The vieuw was spectaculair. It is easy to reach, walking up a path that is not at all difficult or long. The jacuzzi is a bonus.

We only had a short stay before our trip to Machu Picchu, but we were very satisfied. The hotel was clean, quiet, and had comfortable beds. Friendly service at reception, and we appreciated the breakfast box for our early departure. It was also conveniently close to the train station. No complaints—we’d be happy to return!

Cannot imagine finding a more comfortable hotel to base in Sacred Valley. Lovely spacious room with a balcony overlooking a flower and tree filled garden (with hummingbirds!). Comfortable beds with cozy linens and extra pillows ensured restful nights. From the moment of our arrival to our departure today, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for our every comfort and question. The breakfast was ample with everything from a veggie & cheese filled omelette to scrumptious fresh mango, bananas and mandarin oranges with yogurt and muesli. We wholeheartedly recommend the Apu Lodge based on our 6-night stay and would love to come back another time.

Stan and Edith are delightful hosts- so helpful and friendly. They helped us to organise some riding with their friend and gave us great info about a lovely local walk to Pumamarca. The room was really comfy and clean and the breakfast was great.

I spent 5 days in Casafranca. This place is something special. The rooms are large and nicely furnished, everything is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was the best I had on my whole trip to Peru, including homemade jam and granola. Vanessa is an excellent host. She helps in all matters. Her recommendations (restaurants and other) had been excellent. It is not a problem that Casafranca is not in the centre. Vanessa makes sure that you can get to the centre at any time. She took me to the first train to Aquas Calientes at 4.30 in the morning. I would stay at Casafranca again at any time!

A quiet and lovely hotel by the river with stunning views and an excellent breakfast (the papaya and mango salad was amazing), along with an omelet! Breakfast can be served earlier than 7:00 AM upon request. The hotel offers hot water in the shower and parking (advance reservation is recommended). This is a wonderful family-run hotel that I highly recommend.

Good location, a few minutes walking distance from the main square and also train station. Nice views, cozy and well decorated. Great breakfast . Comfortable beds, clean rooms and kind owners.

Eureka Lodge is located downtown of Ollantaytambo village, just 15 meters from the main tourist attraction of the town and 08 minutes walking distance from the train station to Machupicchu.

Everything! It is a proper adventure going up and coming down. The guides are the real stars in the experience. They help you every step of the way - going up and coming down. Once you reach the hotel - they make a splendid meal with amazing presentation. It is unbelievable really. We reached after dark and once we got up in the morning - the views were stunning! Special shout out to Alen for helping my wife at every step of the way.
