We stay there are only one night, but it was really comfortable. Owner and watchman was very very helpful. Location is very good close to Nizwa fort. Our family were coming from Canada and Germany and they were amaized ))))

- Appearance: This place is a 'hidden gem', don't let the lack of reviews deter you. What I experienced was a clean, well kept and modern chalet which matched the photos i saw on website. - Location: Great as its 5 mins drive from Nizwa Fort & souq so was easily accessible. - Host: Azzan was responsive throughout our stay, even before check in. Great host and helped with any and all queries we had. Housekeeper Hanif was also a great help. - Overall: Hotel-like finish, great experience for families and would recommend for anyone planning a short-stay in Nizwa like we did.

cozy place for families. we were surprised how big the house was. warmed water in pool, welcome coffee and dattes. there was everything, even cooking oil and extra arabic coffee you could prepare by yourself. free private parking!! inside villa. the house looks better in real life than on photos!
