Spotlessly clean, great value and in a perfect location to visit Hobbiton. Fantastic staff and waking up to the gorgeous smell from the beautiful garden was an added bonus. The lovely owner let us in early because the weather was awful and kindly left us some milk to have a cuppa after our journey.

It is by far the MOST AMAZING property I have stayed . Right from the warm host, the stunning location, the cleanliness of the place…. Everything is outstanding !! Lovely garden, Linen , amenities, connectivity to the different attractions … it was just perfect for us! It’s ideal for families and even more fabulous for couples !! The host is fabulous and friendly, very prompt to respond to anything we needed. Her suggestions of good Italian places for dinner was spot on!
