It’s location. The property is well located in Klein Kuppe suburb. it was quite handy for us to do all we needed as Grove mall is just a minute walk away. Grove mall has everything you need, well, probably not Kapana though.🤩. The property also has amazing views of the city 🌆.

Great lodge. everything fine. spacious accomodation, good staff. The only 'but' is that the lodge is a bit to large for us. Ater travelling for years through Namibia, we prefer now smaller, more personal and cosy lodges.
