It was a lovely small villa with all cooking equipments we need for a warm dinner. It was very clean. The host was very friendly and greeted us to introduce us the villa right when our car arrived at the door. The villa is in the middle of the nature, with nice view. It is a special experience for us to stay in such an environment, surrounded by the nature and animals like sheep, dogs, cats and cows! The shower and bed were awesome!

My friend and I arrived earlier than the check-in time stated in the booking, and the host kindly let us in three hours in advance. We asked for an extra blanket and it was brought to us very quickly. The atmosphere was very cozy, with an amazing view of the mountains from the window. We only missed having a stove to cook hot meals. We especially loved the coffee machine with capsules! Everything was spotlessly clean. The location was excellent — close enough to Black Lake and Žabljak, but still quiet. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back! P.S. In the morning, a lovely ginger cat came to the house — it was so cute!

Staying at Vekova Koliba was a truly wonderful experience we will remember for a long time! The cabin is decorated with love and care – a perfect blend of tradition and comfort. Everything was spotless, cozy, and authentic. The view is breathtaking – surrounded by nature, complete peace and quiet. It’s an ideal place for those who want to escape the city noise and breathe in the fresh air. The cabin has everything you need, yet gives you the feeling of being completely off the grid. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming – they made us feel right at home. Thank you for the hospitality and for all the great tips about the area. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tranquility, authenticity, and a true connection with nature. Vekova Koliba is a little fairy tale come to life!
