Everything was perfect! The room was beautiful and so was the entire place. The host was very helpful with EVERYTHING I needed and helped me out with planning my stay and the next steps of my trip. I asked for breakfast very early, at 6h30, and it was not a problem for them. All great!

This is a stunning place in the heart of Sri Lanka, if you are a traveler, then this is the place for you! You are in a real jungle, you can see animals in the area, in two days we saw peacocks, monitor lizards, a rabbit, deer and even a turtle! However, you are completely safe, no one will bite or eat you, the territory is fenced. Lion Mountain and Pidurangala Mountain are very close, you can meet the sunrise on one, and the sunset on the other.

Beautiful small hotel with swimming pool. Large rooms with AC and ceiling fan. Mini fridge. Hot and cold showers. Hosts were extremely helpful. Short tuktuk drive to lion rock. Hotel arranged safari half day trip where we saw loads of elephants as well as a day trip to polonnaruwa ancient ruins in a jeep and gave us a tuktuk rides wherever we needed including early morning to lions rock. Breakfast was amazing, home made fresh every morning, tea, coffee, toast with butter and jam, fresh fruits and some local sri lankan breakfast items which varied each day but were all delicious. Provided bottle drinking water and pool towels. Right in the middle of nature with 100s of birds in the garden. Short walk to multiple restaurants.

The place in the country close to the lake(s) out of the busy Sigirya main street. Sweet hosts (older couple) who live at the property in their separate house. They arranged everything for us. The bicycles were available at the place. Excellent, and I do mean really briliant and rich, breakfast and dinner prepared at the place. Just the food itself is the strong argument in favour of staying at this place. Incredible look out from the rock at the property. We stayed in the spacious naturally ventilated family house with large beds and the smaller ascetic hut. Beds came with the nets. 4 playfull dogs. Sound of the nature during the nights.
