I was in Sri Lanka for 47 days and this was our last accommodation. Without a doubt it was the best of all. Incredible the cleanliness and the modernity of the facilities I felt at home. You have an apartment for yourself with kitchen, living room, TV, washing machine and air conditioning, it's perfect! Thanks to the family in charge for everything and I hope you can continue with this since it is very pleasant to find these experiences and the breakfast is also 10/10. It may be a little far from Negombo but with pick me a tuk tuk makes everything easier.

Only good notes here. Mario is extremely helpful host, he gave us tons of very useful advice about Srí Lanka, also he helped to pin down the perfect travel itinary plan around the country. He offers free ride to the airport, but if you would like to discover Negombo and/or the surrounding area, he is the perfect guide also. He arranges a nice trip to the nearby river, which was really beautiful! Highly recommend this place, a perfect spot to arrive to / or before leaving Srí Lanka. Also the room was super clean, with a mini kitchenette area (sink, kettle), the bed and bedsheet were super comfy.

It's a great place to start or end your stay in beautiful Sri Lanka. Only 30 minutes away from the busy airport, you arrive through a beautiful alley of mangrove trees to be greeted by the great team of Ging Oya. Imasha, Romesh, Nilantha and all the other staff make you feel right at home. The food is freshly prepared and tastes great. The pool is clean, large and a nice way to cool down. If you like nature and some quiet time, you should definitely plan to stay at Ging Oya. I know, I will again next time!

Incredibly attentive staff. We had swim after dark and they brought drinks to us poolside. Our son was to tired to wait for dinner so they set it up at our room instead. Thank you for the special & beautiful memories

The location is perfect before flight, people are really kind and you have your privacy and own chalet which is really luxury. There’s also a really cool dock where you can sit and relax and enjoy the feeling of being out on the ocean, I really enjoyed this Swimming pool is clean, good size and refreshing Lots of restaurants on the street and people really friendly but after check in give you your space Feels very secure with someone always on gate and on call if need anything.
