I was in Sri Lanka for 47 days and this was our last accommodation. Without a doubt it was the best of all. Incredible the cleanliness and the modernity of the facilities I felt at home. You have an apartment for yourself with kitchen, living room, TV, washing machine and air conditioning, it's perfect! Thanks to the family in charge for everything and I hope you can continue with this since it is very pleasant to find these experiences and the breakfast is also 10/10. It may be a little far from Negombo but with pick me a tuk tuk makes everything easier.

The place is absolutely great. Fantastic location, spacious, comfortable rooms. Everything very clean and nicely decorated. Exactly as described. The owner is very nice and helpful and breakfasts are very tasty. They adjust the breakfast time to the preferences of the guest. Definitely the best place I stayed in while in Sri Lanka.

The guys at the location were very nice, responded to every quiery. We came around 10pm and needed to leave at 3pm, we had everything to spend a pleasant night, repack and rest. The owner himself transfered us to airport at 3pm free of charge.

Best staff I have experienced. The guys were so friendly. They are amazing. The food and the spice route made this a 9+ experience. They deserve everything that is coming to them. Well done! The location is perfect before flight, people are really kind and you have your privacy and own chalet which is really luxury.
