I had the pleasure of staying at this eco-lounge camp in Haputale, and though I wasn’t able to stay at the actual campsite, the host went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience. Right away, he proposed a cozy room alternative with the most breathtaking view – a truly beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. The host’s kindness and attention to detail made my stay incredibly comfortable. He arranged all my tuk-tuk rides, making it easy to explore Haputale without any hassle. He also gave me fantastic recommendations for things to see and do in the area, helping me make the most of my time there. As a solo traveler, I especially appreciated how he checked in on me throughout the day, ensuring I felt safe and supported. His thoughtful care made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued, adding a personal touch to my stay that I’ll always remember. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views and a host who truly cares about your experience, I highly recommend this eco-lounge camp. We had wonderful stay at the place. The surrounding settings of the hotel is hilly and it was blessed with super view. Room is vary spacious and nicely laid to have maximum benifit of the view. Amazing fusion food with varry attentive staff. Every one there to help you with smile. They set out our dinner at outside terrece. Vary Romantic. We will come back again soon once we finish our round trip.

Good place to stay with the family. Morning view of mountains are excellent. Very close to the city. Room and wash room are clean. Care taker Mano is very friendly and gave a good service.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Nature Lodge Bandarawela! The place exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s a perfect home away from home with everything thoughtfully provided. The lodge comes with a fully equipped kitchen—complete with kitchenware, spices, and all the essentials, making it easy and convenient to prepare meals. There’s a cozy living area with a TV, fridge, and a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bedroom is spacious, featuring a double bed and a bunk bed, perfect for couples, families or groups. The bathroom has hot water, and the entire property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. A special thanks to Mr. Lal, who made our stay extra special. Every morning, he served a delicious breakfast right on time, and was always kind, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and we truly appreciated the peace of mind provided by the CCTV cameras around the property—it's very secure, so there’s no need to worry. Overall, this place is absolutely worth the money. It’s a peaceful, clean, and welcoming environment. We highly recommend Nature Lodge to anyone visiting Bandarawela!

Absolutely beautiful location and villa. I’ve stayed in a lot of villas in Sri Lanka and this is hands down the best. We had transport problems and the host and owner were so understanding and accommodating. One of the best weekends of our lives, would 10000% recommend to anyone.

Hidden Gem in Bandarawela area. More close to Ella , even for dining. They have booked train tickets for us and arranged a Wonderfull day tour to Hortain Plains by train & had a lovely journey with their modified jeep. Place was so eco friendly & nice architectural design. All staff well trained & good with communication. Best food with unique way. Highly recommended even for multiple days.

Everything was amazing! The hosts were incredibly kind, always helpful and accommodating. The view from the cabin is breathtaking. Breakfast was generous, healthy and delicious. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. They also provide tuk-tuk and taxi service which made transport easy. A perfect stay!

Everything was superb and it was probably the best sunrise of our lives. That morning is absolutely among the top-ten travelling experiences together with for example, the Great Barrier reef, Rio de Janeiro, Kyoto, the Victoria Falls and sunset at Ao Prao beach at Koh Samet. The view from the balcony (and the bed) was spectacular. We sat on the balcony from 5.30 watching the sunrise over the mountains accompanied by the monks soft and humming morning prayers, truely magic. We then had a wonderful breakfast served at our balcony with the greatest of views. Thank you for being so welcoming and for taking so well care if us. Next time we will, for sure, stay for more than one night.

I really liked the view of the bridge. It is in a quiet location far from the city center. We had a clean and tidy room. The breakfast was plentiful. The accommodation provider was at our disposal for everything. A tuk-tuk driver was always available. Transfer to and from the next accommodation.
