I had the most beautiful 2 nights here, I was so sad to leave. A beautiful and peaceful place amongst nature where you can watch the sunrise over the mountain from bed. The food was so good and Viraj and his family are friendly and funny. I loved reading in the hammock and also went to the natural pool nearby for a refreshing swim and walk through the tea fields. If you love camping and nature you will love this place. 💚🌄

Amazing place, thanks to Lal property manager for all the help and for the exceptional service highly recommended, its close to Ella but away from too many tourists. There is a tv with English movies, washing machine and cooking facilities we had a great time and would stay again, thanks Lal!

Great location bordering a beautiful stream that guests can bath and colonial style cottage. There is a friendly caretaker who also cook really tasty Sri Lankan food for a very reasonable price.

Our host was incredibly hospitable and went out of his way to meet our every want and need. He drove us and picked us up, suggested activities, and helped us out in an emergency when we needed to go to the local hospital. The rooms boast amazing views of the jungle, which is full of fireflies at night. They also have a projector so you can stream entertainment of your choice. 10/10 I strongly recommend Fern Hill cabins for your stay in Ella.

We have been there just for 2 nights, but was really good. The view from the cabin is amazing and staff are very helpfull. We've got picked up from Ella town for free and we also been dropped of after check out for free. We was heading straight to the Yala National Park safari and the staff packed us some sandwiches to go. Really amazing stay, wish we could stay longer.

It’s a new accommodation just 5 min outside Ella in nature. Which is good cause Ella was too busy for us. The room has its own balcony, there was some coffee and tea in the room and the shower was amazing. Lovely big bed, which was great as well as my husband is super tall. The man who checked us in and made us breakfast was an absolute champ, so friendly! The breakfast was the best we had in Sri Lanka! Fresh roti! Thanks so much! We had a lovely stay!
