We have been there just for 2 nights, but was really good. The view from the cabin is amazing and staff are very helpfull. We've got picked up from Ella town for free and we also been dropped of after check out for free. We was heading straight to the Yala National Park safari and the staff packed us some sandwiches to go. Really amazing stay, wish we could stay longer.

This is a real gem. We booked the family room and the double room which were both clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The view is just incredible and so relaxing. The scenery in the morning is just amazing when you see and hear all the surroundings waking up. From the start, we were welcome with such a nice friendly atmosphere and they went over their duty to make us happy. We all absolutely loved it and will come back. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The view is absolutely stunning and the location is unique, only a 3–5 minute walk from the center. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated. The hosts were extremely welcoming and provided us with plenty of useful information about experiences, must-see spots, and great restaurants. The breakfast was delicious. A wonderful extra was their amazing and super friendly dogs, which truly made our stay even more special. Thank you!!

Best stay ever!! Everything was amazing!! The extremely caring host, the comfortable great room, bed, lighting, amazing view to the train tracks and lush nature. We immediately felt like part of the family. Devaka has been showing us around his beautiful garden. He is generous, warm -hearted- a very great person! He got deep into our hearts. He brings the word "homestay" to another level- never have we felt so at home in such short time!! We got a tea from his own garden every day as well! The food is home cooked and of course also very delicious. It is the best authentic caring beautiful homestay ever in Sri Lanka

Waking up to the most breathtaking view and having a wonderful breakfast served was such a treat. The atmosphere and surroundings off this place is unbeatable. The family has done a fantastic job with the terasse with recliner chairs and dinner table all to enjoy the view. We had dinner here every night - it was the best we have had so far on our trip. Wonderful and so helpful family. We will have to come back to Yolo again .
