This is a real gem. We booked the family room and the double room which were both clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The view is just incredible and so relaxing. The scenery in the morning is just amazing when you see and hear all the surroundings waking up. From the start, we were welcome with such a nice friendly atmosphere and they went over their duty to make us happy. We all absolutely loved it and will come back. We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed the place. It was an incredible experience! We loved everything about the place. The view from the room was just incredible.. You can see beautiful clear sky during the night full of stars - so magical! Big balcony overlooking mountains. The sound of nature was so calming. The room itself was really clean, tidy, cozy and truly felt like home. Very spacious bathroom. Loved the decor. Breakfast was delicious with the view of the mountains. Perfect location - 10 min walk to the main street or 5 min by tuk tuk. Would recommend this place, it was the best stay from all of the places we’ve been in Sri Lanka.

It was my second time to Nethsara cottage. It is a lovely place. Its looked much better in real that on the booking pictures and you will get much more that you pay for it. The food its delicious and always so big portion ;) you can not finish the whole portion. The lady who its running this place its super nice. First time I reached the location by a small car and second time by tuk tuk :) if you are looking for a quiet place with nice view close to the main Ellas street thats the right place. Very recommended.

We loved our stay at Ella Breeze Homestay and highly recommend it - it is about 20-25 minutes away from Ella center (by TukTuk), surrounded by beautiful nature, all quiet, peaceful and relaxing (we traveled with our own Tuk Tuk, which we could park at the homestay). The whole family was really nice and caring - we enjoyed different, nice breakfasts and also the optional homecooked dinner was absolutely great. We got so many tips from our host, including a self-drawn map to Ella Rock, so you can start your walk to Ella Rock directly from the homestay. We also loved the tea factory tour, which was really authentical and gave us deep insights into the world of tea and the manual work of tea production. You can watch the train go by a few times a day, which is also nice. Thanks for the good conversations, the helpful tips around the area and the great food :)

This family is so so kind! The house is very private and has a super comfortable bed with klamboe. They made diner for us which was the best food we had! The breakfast was also way better then other places! Do not hesitate to book here, it is peaceful and just perfect :-)
