The staff was incredibly kind and patient and willing to help in any way (despite the language barrier sometimes). The location is perfect. Close to the opera, arbat, restaurants, supermarkets, and even the bus stop to Medeo is very close. They even had a free shuttle to the hotel when we landed. I ate at the restaurant for dinner and the food was really tasty. For the price, it was great. It's especially a great property if you need to be near the airport as they offer a free airport shuttle currently. It took about 15 minutes in the early morning to get from the property to the airport. Depending on traffic, that could change.

Airport shuttle available for free, well organized! City centre is nearby with taxi. Rooms are clean and spacious, minibar with everething you need, good airconditioning and super good bed!
