We saw this accomodation was new on booking, so we decided to give it a try. And we were incredibly happy that we did, so much that we extended our stay here. Upon entrance the room was very clean and everything was brand new. Everything to make our stay comfortable had been thought of, and you can tell a lot of effort and love has been put into decorating and creating this place. We met the owner who was very kind and wanted to make sure we were not short on anything. The area around the cabin is very pretty in the middle of the forest and there's a lot of good restaurants and cafe's around. We highly recommend this place.

Sasamori-ya is a heavenly lodge located in center of Azumino, surrounded by green and tranquility. It’s quite convenient as its walking distance to museums and stylish cafes and restaurants. Outside Wooden dining is the best place to rest, work, dine and drink. The owner is super friendly with full of hospitality.

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
