Cute cottage, perfect for a countryside escape in Japan. There is an amazing heater so it’s always warm inside. The sauna is a great feature, just make sure you heat it up way ahead. Everything is clean and prepared for your stay, including an equipped kitchen. The second floor is so cosy, and there’s even a balcony! And I love the tatami and futon downstairs, which is a room that can also be used as a kids’ play room. The self check-in process was super simple, you can check in anytime you want after the check-in time.

Great view and such a cute comfortable little cabin. It was so clean and well maintained. The hosts were incredibly kind for us and went over and above to help us when one of my kids was sick. They are angels. It’s a secluded little spot for some peace and quiet. Seeing the sunrise over the lake with the white capped mountains was a definite highlight of our trip

It had more than it explains - towels are daily changed, also many amenities! And most important - the room is big enough to open luggage, hang the ski clothes but yet relax. Another room for cooking / eating in a big room (shared) They also accept the luggage delivery in advance When I spoke to the owner, who is every morning there to organise the transport and cleaning, and when someone checks in. If you are traveling with bus, try to book all in advance!
