Fantastic studio, really spatious, with great large hard bed and western furniture. It feels a bit like staying at a fancy bar with a bathtub :D. The decor is really unique. Everything works. Location was perfect for what we needed - the conference centre. Lots of shops nearby, good transport links by bus or a metro some distance away. The owner went out of his way to help us and be nice - thank you so much!

This hotel has amazing rooms. The entrance is not fancy but the rooms are better than a 5star hotel. Great decoration and very big. I recommend it. It’s only one stop to Shinjuku with the metro and the bus stop is under the hotel. There is a bus to Shibuya. We loved it. Is very quiet and also has an onsen in the next building. Around the hotel there are many restaurants and supermarkets.

This was definitely one of the best hotels we've stayed at in whole Japan. The hotel offers free toiletries at the reception desk, so you can take whatever you need. The hotel staff are very friendly and quite welcoming. The rooms are bigger than the other hotels and their modern look makes them more desirable to stay in. The TV has the option to watch not just regular TV, but also Netflix and other platforms using your own login credentials, and once you switch off the TV, you're logged out immediately. You also get a complementary bottled water and freshening up of the room on a daily basis. The location is convenient, with access to several stores and metro line which is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The ACs are in the hall of the room, right above the entrance which made the room to be comfortable without the AC blowing into you. When you check out you can leave your luggage at the reception and return whenever you need to. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Kyoto.
