I would absolutely stay here again. Nothing fancy but everything was comfortable and clean. We had dinner in the lodge and it was very handy as finding restaurant availability in Hakuba can be a challenge during ski season. Most importantly the lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful. 2 out of our 4 snowboard bags went missing by our luggage delivery service. She made phone calls and got it all sorted. She was very gracious and worked through the language barrier. Above and beyond service!

Well equipped, spotlessly clean and large apartment. The apartment is in Echoland which was a little bit out of the way, but in a good way! Charming part of Hakuba to spend a few days. There is a free mini bus/taxi service which we used. Although it was boiling hot, we did walk to the ski lift and had a great day up in the cooler mountains. Quite a few restaurants nearby but make sure you book and eat early! We spent one night wandering around for ages and ended up with a take away pizza! Staff was great - very quick to reply to emails and very friendly with their replies. It was brilliant to have a laundry room right next door too! Also, it was a bonus to have Netflix for our teenage children to watch a film in the evening. Would highly recommend!

The house is very cozy and lovely. Though the style is more Europian, not so Japanese. I felt like I was in the cabin in Austria lol. The host provided all types of kitchenware so you can enjoy cooking. The beds were very comfortable.

We had a magical stay here. The fireplace, outdoor spa, and discount on ski hire equipment at Spicy Rentals. Will never forget our experience staying and skiing in Hakuba. Was nice to return to our Chalet after a full day of skiing and exploring. Check in instructions were easy and the staff very friendly. Close to grocery store. Highly recommend.

Great location. Walking distance to a 711 and a beautiful River. Beautiful property with exceptional quality amenities. Everything you need and more. Washer, Dryer, Projector/ Theatre room just a few of the things that made our stay wonderful. Our host Justin was very accomodating. From the moment we arrived in Hakuba we were looked after with transportation, rental gear, snowboard lessons and the many useful recommendations during our stay. Would highly recommend this property.

Great lodge! I can confidently say it's the best hotel in Hakuba. Dan and Chris are incredibly nice. On my first day, Chris picked me up from the station, and when I mentioned my interest in skiing in the afternoon, Chris drove me to the ski resort, giving me a brief introduction to Hakuba. Breakfast starts at 7:00, offering a fantastic variety of juices and milk. The thick-cut bacon is especially amazing! They change the style every few days, with Tuesdays dinner being Ramen Day – a must-try, and I'll definitely go for Dan's recommended tantan next time! I was fortunate to experience Dan's homemade BBQ during my stay – the best I've ever had. Dan is also an excellent snowboarder! Chris provides a sweet daily shuttle service to the ski resort in the morning. The rooms are fantastic, with a medium size and a balcony featuring a private outdoor hot spring – perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. The game room's massage chairs complement the experience. Many thanks to Dan, Chris, and the other friendly staff for making my week in Hakuba unforgettable! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hakuba.

Great and quiet location! Close to Echoland central area and closet to Hakuba47/Goryu Mountains. Close walk to the bus line to get anywhere in Hakuba. A 7-11 is a close 5 minute walk and the Big Grocery Store is only about a 10 minute easy walk. The unit is comfortable and spacious and can easily sleep 4 people/2 couple comfortably. a 5th could probably sleep on the couch. The bathroom is nice and new with a shower/soaking tub. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking small meals. Great views from the back deck. The hosts are great and very attentive and knowledgable of the area. Several nice restaurants close by 5-10 minute walk. All in all a great place and value! Thank you!
