Staff was kind. The guys who works morning,they are very helpful. We drink a really good coffee every morning. Breakfast was also dilicious. We got a lot of help from Jessica,who always there evining we arrived back to the hotel. Shuttle buses are also close,which goes to Bergamo Airport and Malpensa Airport.

Excellent staff and they took me in on a late night airport arrival. The guy in the reception was very nice and friendly. Also easy check in. Bed was comfy and clean. The location of the apartment is very convenient: there's a subway station nearby and a shuttle stop to Malpensa Airport. Vadim is very friendly, responsible, and caring, always available to answer your questions or address any apartment-related issues. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommend this apartment!
