The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Warm and welcoming and helping out with questions. The location is as central as one could wish for. And the rooftop terrace offers an excellent view over the river. When I return to Varanasi I will most certainly stay in Shiva lodge again

Sunrise lodge is one of the big reason my stay in Varanasi was amazing ! First everyone from the staff is very helpful, kind and lovely human. Also I had the big chance to stay in the small room with sharing bathroom. It's a magic one, where you can enjoy Ganga view from your bed. There is a terrasse where you can enjoy the energy of Kashi outside of the crowd. The veg Pakora was delicious for me. And good location on the ghat, 5min walk to Manikarnika Ghat and 30 min walking to Assi Ghat. Feel grateful to stay there, hope to come visiting you soon ! In 7 month travelling, is the place I felt the best !
