The Garden Rooms location was very convenient. It is a minute walk down to one of the grocery stores (Daily), where you can find daily necessities and snacks. It's a 5-minute walk to one of the great Georgian restaurants at Magnolia Hotel. It is very close to Bagrathi Church. The place was safe, serene and clean. The bathroom is huge and has no issue with hot water, it even has a heater inside the bathroom. There was a coffee maker with a coffee pack that would make your coffee life easier. The cabin room has its AC+heater which you can switch accordingly depending on the weather outside (the owner even provides another portable heater if you prefer a more quiet one to be used at night). There was a garden in the front yard. There are cute cats who will be your daily visitors and add a more home-feel vibe to the place. The owner even shares with us some oranges and is always quick to reply to our inquiries and requests. There are chairs with tables to relax in front of each cabin to have some sun during the daytime and it has a great nook at the corner to sit if you love to read and just chill surrounded by fruit-bearing plants which are lovely to see. Communication is also very easy as the wifi works well so you can still connect to your work if you intend to do so.

everything! unbelievably nice stay we couldn’t expect the place to be even more beautiful in reality than on pictures. studio also have everything you need to quite a long time — I do wish we could stay for a couple of days more, just to enjoy air, view and slow life. super hospitable host, home wine as a welcome gift, maximum cozy fireplace (a little smokey though), romantic light scenarios, cute homy little things and all the beautiful furniture — all combined to make your stay amazing. textiles and surfaces were fresh and clean, the faculty include a washing machine, fridge, kettle and (wait for it) even a stove! what was the last time you saw such an equipped and beautiful studio? perfecta value-for-money booking. thanks to the hosts

The view is amazing! If you like to enjoy tranquility and relaxation than this is the place to go! The host was very helpful and responsive, breakfast was very tasty, freshly cooked and huge! . 100% clean house , good quality towels, robes, bed sheets provided. Comfy beds and pillows. When you wake up in the morning and see the sunshine over mountains through your window - it is a real blessing! We had an amazing and caring driver to take us around thanx to Gagi - the host. The village itself is beautiful, there is a mountain river downside the village, you can walk and enjoy the blooming and pure nature. Very friendly local people.
