I had a wonderful stay at this countryside retreat. The atmosphere was beautiful, the fresh produce and food selection were amazing, and most of the staff were very accommodating. Three women in particular went above and beyond—coming from someone with years in hospitality, their kindness and effort truly stood out. I forgot their names, but they know who they are. They also had a night warden most of the week, which added a great sense of security, and he was very friendly as well. Thanks to all of them, I’ll definitely be returning in the near future.

The property was. Perfect location, so close too the beach, easy to locate. The caravan itself was a great size, had all appliances we needed, the main bedroom was specious and the bed was soo comfortable. The bathrooms were clean, there was cleaning products and a hoover which was also great so we were able to clean the property before we left. I understand each caravan is slightly different but we had number 44 and it was great. We took our dog along with us and we was able to let him walk around the balcony area as it was gated and it was great. I would absolutely recommend.

It's a great place and the village is very pretty. Downham market is reacheable by foot in 15-20 minutes and has a lot of options for food and drinks, as well as supermarkets. The instructions to check in were very clear.
