The property was. Perfect location, so close too the beach, easy to locate. The caravan itself was a great size, had all appliances we needed, the main bedroom was specious and the bed was soo comfortable. The bathrooms were clean, there was cleaning products and a hoover which was also great so we were able to clean the property before we left. I understand each caravan is slightly different but we had number 44 and it was great. We took our dog along with us and we was able to let him walk around the balcony area as it was gated and it was great. I would absolutely recommend.

It was fantastic with comfy and lovely facilities including outdoor decking space, very clean, and everything we needed. Location was fantastic with lovely walks without using the car all week. Hosts were very lovely too checking we were making ourselves at home.

Accommodation was fab. Everything you could wish for and more. Very clean and tidy. The resort was excellent. Loved seeing the ducks every day. Our Grandsons really enjoyed their holiday too. Large comfy sofa and the beds were comfy too. Powerful shower which was amazing.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay ,clean comfy and plenty facilities, beautiful tasty home made scones with jam and cream waiting for us , milk,tea,coffee all there, and towels , wonderful as I forgot mine , I would stay there again as soon as I get the chance 😋

Excellent communication with Joanne. Lovely setting. Beautiful interior. Nice variety of outdoor seating areas. Lovely kitchen area. Comfortable sofa and beds. Tastefully decorated and nice furnishings. Lots of ducks to entertain you. Nice little welcome tea, coffee and milk pack. Close to beach and shops. Would really recommend.

The staff were really friendly and informative. Nice little touch of leaving ice cubes in the freezer for us. The lodge itself is very comfortable and nicely decorated, with a lovely view of the lake and it's only one minute walk to get on to Snettisham beach.

The site is lovely and quiet. Chalets are not too crowded together and there are big grassed areas which are mowed. The chalet is basic but comfortably furnished. It's well equipped for basic cooking. All the usual kitchen appliances are there along with a good fan, which was handy as it was a lovely hot weekend. The chalet was ideal for us for a short break in Heacham.
