Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

Had a lovely stay in this cabin. Very comfortable and spacious. Everything you needed was in the kitchen with a lovely welcome basket and an Easter card from the owners, who I met on my dog walks. The owners were lovely and friendly, very welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms are full of character, and in our opinion much nicer than homogenized hotel rooms. Loved the huge fireplace in room 1 within which the tv stood. Also the foot thick wall/window sill and the shutters. The room temperature was just right and the bed was comfortable. We had an excellent sleep. . The staff were very friendly helpful and welcoming. And the attached pub served a great pint of Doom bar. Lovely after a long drive and a busy evening in Bristol
