Everything the apartment was lovely staff was up and beyond very helpful made my 87 old mum a hot drink when we arrived location was amazing..trams etc easy to get to we just loved it and my sister's and mum had an amazing time will be definitely booking again after Xmas thank you Tina hall and family

We met the owner on arrival and collected the keys. We were introduced to the room and then were left to explore the apartment and felt at home immediately. The layout, quality and maintenance of the apartment was excellent. The location fab - trams and buses nearby but it was nice to walk along the seafront too. We felt secure and it was cosy and quiet inside the apartment. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you :)

Apartment was clean , spacious, loved the large bed such a bonus , and the extra touches like having t.v in every bedroom ( great for kids) the balcony was so lovely too 😀 a lovely place to stay , will definitely book again , we have to come to Blackpool alot , so will book again if available , plus I asked if I could check in earlier than stated and they agreed ( very helpful) .loved the fact it was warm too, hate it when we stay elsewhere and the radiators are never on 🥶 felt very cosy . Lovely place 😀

The toilet seat fell to bits when I went to lift the lid to use it. Plaster coming loose above bed, which could've caused injury, the whole sink taps turned when using. All staff sat outside smoking in dressing gowns , staring like we are not welcome. Nicola had the audacity to tell us to keep quiet whilst on first night had a screaming match with other staff.
