The house was clean, tidy, well presented and had everything we needed for our two night stay. The person I was messaging with was very quick at replying and couldn't have been more helpful The view out on the lake from the back of the house was beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily rebook next time we come to the area. Thank you for a great stay

the apartment was very modern, and spacious, we knew that this was a lovely place because we started thinking about how we could renovate our own home with the same style and lighting, the Host was excellent in terms of communication, we had asked if we could check in slightly earlier and he done his utmost best to make that happen, so we are thankful. also was a perfect location 5min drive away from the centre of Birmingham, and takeaway and off licence shops open locally until 3am in the morning.

Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

On arrival the place was eveything you could want however the heater below the window wouldn’t work and was lose , there was no plug or bowl to fill dishes to wash, the blind on the front door was broken and the cords had been tied together so wasn’t able to shut it for privacy Did Inform at the time On leaving the instruction for the bins were such that there was no E on the key pads to find the bins so had to bring them home with me

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room. There were two separate rooms with a door that could be shut in the middle so both of us still had our privacy. The price I paid was extremely good value for money compared to other hotel chains around the area.

Received a warm welcome, even with them being really busy on Saturday afternoon. Rooms were nice. Kettle, tea, small wardrobe, TV, one bedside cabinet, and sink with a mirror. Shared toilet and shower rooms (2), which were fine, very clean, and no queue.

Location was very good for us-we have family nearby (although the road system is a bit confusing!). The room was large and comfortable although as it was above the main entrance there was a bright light outside our bathroom; we would book a different room next time. Very helpful to have the restaurant next door, especially at an awkward time of year with lots of restaurants shut. Breakfast ok but not brilliant, I missed my usual porridge.

Cheap and cheerful. You get what you paid for. Rooms small and basic (like a small cabin.) But room clean, nice shower. Continental breakfast. Good location for amenities.

The soundproofing on my room was very good - the pub downstairs was super loud but I couldn't hear it at all once my door was shut.

The apartment is located on the edge of the City Centre and a short walk from New Street station. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We could open the window, but there was also air conditioning. We faced onto the road, but there was no noise with the window shut. The apartment was well appointed, with a well equipped kitchen and a table. There was plenty of storage, with real coat hangers.

despite the appearance from the road (looks like a 1950’s block of holiday chalets), the rooms are modern, warm and super-clean. Helpful lady in reception.
