We had a problem with our vehicle on our stay. It was Sunday evening and still the great stuff came straight away to help us out and basically saved our night. We are so grateful for this. Also, next day they let us staying 2 extra hours before check out after our incident, so we could have a proper recovery. The team is so well organized that everything just works out really smooth and flows easy with your holidays. In addition, they are 24/7 in communication with the guests in case of any need. We will be back for sure.

Just likely nothing. The cleaning was not properly done. Many items left from the previous guests in the cabin. The sauna dirty and the cattle was full of rotten milk. They post a 24/7 cuatomers service but during the 2 days, they never responded ours mensages.

We were a group of 10 people and stayed for 5 days! The house the guest the location and the amenities were excellent! We all have the best to say about it and definitely recommend it! The Aurora was almost every night exactly above our heads! Value for money!

The house is very nice and comfortable and fulfills every need. The interior design is amazing, every detail was perfect and matching the finnish style. The jacuzzi is kept constantly warm and it's amazing to hop in it while outside is -20/-30, very unique experience. Also the service by the staff is great, they have been very helpful since the day of the booking and they reply so fast. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We loved our stay at Villa Esteri. The hosts were very responsive when we contacted them before the break. The home was so clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. It was nice to see the cross country skiers passing by. It’s a short drive to Pyhä. We visited the mine in Luosto too. We got to do lovely walks in the snow close to the house. And we loved the bbq hut where we cooked sausages and toasted marshmallows. We saw the northern lights each night with one of the nights being particularly good. (After we had driven around a bit we got to see them right outside the door.) We hope to return next year as we only wished we could stay longer!!

Location on the side of the slopes was amazing. Beautiful views from front and back of property. Hot tub and sauna were welcomed additions. Modern high end kitchen was lovely and very useful to have some basic items in like S&P, spices, foil, dishwasher tablets etc Clothes drier super handy BBQ also a nice addition which we used a number of times. A super cozy and spatious cabin rigth next to the Pyhä ski resort. Everything is laid out nicely, there's space for 6 people to live comfortably. Indoor sauna, also a small cabin for grilling during wonter is supercozy! A fireplace is easy to light up and due to the chimney ventilation syaten, diesn't smoke at all!
