The property is great the beds are comfortable and all amenities are provided. The owner Sergio is very funny and a nice guy he helped us with anything we needed. We spent most of our time outside which is very comfortable and has lots of nice place to sit. Overall the stay was great.

The location is amazing. You can hear the water while you're lying in bed. It gets morning sun so you can see the sunrise or have direct light coming through until around lunch time. There's also a terrace right outside the glass window entry so tons of room to spread out while sitting or doing some yoga. This area is shared with two other units of the same type. There is a second shared lower level terrace with more seating before a gate directly onto the beach. The flat is only a 30-minute car ride from the airport and 15 minutes from the city. You're at the end of the beach so one side is bustling with restaurants and bars while the other is more wild along the coast with residential properties nearby. It's very safe. The host was kind and very helpful. Replied very quickly to all my messages and check in was easy. We were also given local recommendations. Check out was similarly simple and our late check out was accommodated. The property is new and clean. All the facilities you could possibly need are there: toaster, mini kettle, espresso machine, hob, cooking equipment. The water pressure in the shower is 10/10 and the bed was very comfortable for me. I dislike soft floppy (worn) mattresses and slept amazing on the hotel quality linens. There is also a smart TV and wifi.
