Excellent budget accommodation about a 15 minute walk to the centre. The whole place is gleaming and pristine. Comfortable beds (and pillows) on a quiet little side street. 9 bedrooms in total over 3 floors and a bathroom/WC on each floor. We more or less had the bathroom to ourselves as nobody else was in the adjoining rooms. Towels provided and a hairdryer in the bathroom.. kitchen facilities good, a fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, toaster etc as well as basic essentials if required tea, coffee and cereals (while we were there). All other guests were very quiet when we were there and we had no problem sleeping. Away from the hustle and bustle of the centre, but near enough to walk to attractions. Highly recommended if you don't mind sharing a bathroom/WC with 2 other rooms (potentially) £170 for 4 nights for two people in November - what's not to like... highly recommended. 5*

Juan was the perfect host and nothing was to much trouble. Location was very peaceful & we had a very relaxing stay. The views were incredible & you really felt as though you were in your own little world, Coin is only 5 minutes by car and the coast 25 minutes. We were very touched by the welcome basket of food and wine. Juan is a top host and we would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic and quiet place. Clean, great communication with the owner. Close to the port and restaurants. Parking right outside the door. 😀 I recommend it!

What a beautiful house. Plenty of outdoor spaces to eat and drink in (some in the sun and some in shade) beautiful roof garden with lovely sea breeze. Nice garden which is private on entering through the gate. Sun chairs here so perfect to sunbathe. Pool is shared with other houses which were occupied while we were there but we were never in the pool at the same time. Literally a 6 min walk from the house straight to the beach and equal distance to marina with plenty of restaurants to chose from. Lidl 2 min walk away and small local restaurants 2 min walk also. House has large sitting room with comfy sofas plenty to fit 6. Kitchen is clean and has everything you need. Downstairs bathroom and shower. Master super king bed and very comfortable. Teenagers had the two twin rooms. Large bathroom upstairs too. Honestly Juan who owns the house is beyond helpful and so friendly and responds to messages so quickly. Very kindly let us check in early and depart late as we had a late flight which we really appreciated. We truly had a wonderful stay and holiday

Property is stunning, really clean, lots of amenities located really well. The host was amazing really helpful and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed throughout or stay. Would absolutely recommend to anybody considering a trip to the Costa del Sol.

Very clean and brand new. Big kitchen and a very big refrigerator. Plenty of pans, cutlery and glasses. And also everything brand New. Bathroom felt like a hotel bathroom with all the small details. Cotton pads, Cotton buds, shampoo and conditioner all provided. The living room and bedroom have smart televisions with streaming capability. Netflix was also provided. Host is very friendly and easy to reach. Always available and very helpful.
