Fantastic situation, it is at only 8 minutes walk from the village Mindo on a flat road.... In Mindo we could rent electric bikes and electric quads to get around.... The suites are surrounded of nature ans we were delighted of the colibris, toucans and colorful butterflies flying around us... the pool and the jacuzzi are very clean and pleasant.... the breakfast was very nice as well

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The food was incredibly delicious; every meal felt like a special treat. Everything about this EcoLodge was exceptional. The food, surroundings and room were all wonderful. Matteo our host set up some wonderful birding trips for us. The walk to town was 5 minutes. The hummingbirds in the garden are beautiful. Mindo is a wonderful village with so much to do. Birding, waterfall hike, chocolate factory tour and butterfly garden visit were all great.

We stayed at Las Terrazas de Dana for 4 nights. It is a real oasis! Our room with the terrace was very nice. The garden is beautifully landscaped and you can watch hummingbirds and other beautiful birds from your own terrace. The breakfast is rich and delicious. David is very helpful and friendly. Marco and Freddy are also always concerned about the well-being of the guests. The whole staff is very friendly. We had also booked a bird tour through David. The tour with our guide Natalie was very good. We were able to see many birds. David also arranged cab transportation to the airport for us. The cab ride was pleasant and relaxing. We would definitely book this accommodation again and can only recommend it.

A really gorgeous property with an excellent breakfast. The room felt like a giant treehouse, complete with a hammock on the balcony! Very peaceful and serene place to unwind in Mindo. The restaurant food was delicious, and the included breakfast was amazing (and filling!).

The location of the hotel was not far from a small town, but far enough that it was completely quiet at night. The fact that the original owners built it in a forest, while clearing only the minimal number of trees, helped maintain this illusion. Also, our individual room was only a few metres away from the main hall/reception area, but again because of all the trees that had been left, it seemed completely private.
