The location was great and so close to the town. It was cosy and clean. And Don Juan at the site and Claudio were very easy to deal.with despite our lack of Spanish!!

This is a magical place! It's pricey, but worth it. Our room was small (we knew that when we booked it) because we wanted to stay in the "hobbit" house. It's just adorable. Everything is built of, around and containing trees. There are wonderful forest walks to water cascades (much nicer than the cascades at Petrohue). The dinners were excellent, and we found a wine that we loved on the menu.
