I must say, it surpassed all my expectations from the moment we requested an early check-in till the moment you checked-out. The three-story chalet itself is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and offers stunning panoramic views that will leave you in awe. From the moment we arrived, the host demonstrated the utmost professionalism and class, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of perfect. his attention to detail, combined with his warm and welcoming nature, made us feel right at home. Each floor of the chalet offers spacious living areas and comfortable bedrooms, making it the ideal choice for my family. The cleanliness of the chalet was evident throughout, and it is clear that the host takes great pride in maintaining such a high standard. Beautiful property in a great location, very nicely furnished in a quiet town. Great view from the balcony, and right on top of the lake. Great location for touring all of the best sites, and towns. Nice location. I was traveling for work to the Beatenberg area. The area was alittle remote but nice views of the Swiss Alps. The heating, hot water and appliances were all working. So, we were comfortable. The apartment was clean. The designated parking space worked well. The apartment had brooms and a vacuum which were a plus for a 5 day stay. Cushions for the furniture on the porch were also provided. Soap, shampoo and towels were provided. Sheets and pillows cases were nice. Wifi worked well and had password protection.

This property is probably one of the best in this whole area. Pictures don't do justice to the real feel while we were staying there. The apartment is fully equipped with everything such as kitchen with cutlery and utensils, bedrooms are clean and tidy and have extra pullovers and pillows, the lounge has huge TV with a sound system.. there is parking included in the apartment basement which is directly connected through a lift, these are all plus points but the View from the apartment is something which would just make your whole trip to Switzerland worthwhile. You can see the Ferry point of Iseltwald just outside the terrace of this apartment, which is a place where tourists are flowing in through the ferry from Interlaken and just drop off here and take pictures at the same point and go back to Interlaken. Checking in was super easy and the host at the reception was a really sweet lady who welcomed us warmly and took us to the apartment to explain everything. I highly recommend this apartment for a family vacation in Switzerland, one of the best you would come across!

Our family had a wonderful time here. The apartment is conveniently located close to Interlaken West train station and bus stop, grocery stores and restaurants, yet tucked away from the main road allowing for privacy. Situated close to the scenic Aare river, it has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and good Wi-Fi connectivity. It is clean, comfortable and spacious and has incredible views of the mountains from some of the rooms. Our friendly and kind hosts shared clear check-in instructions well ahead of our arrival, as well as helpful tips for our stay in Interlaken. They were promptly responsive when we needed to reach out on any questions or concerns we had during our stay and pulled all stops to ensure we had a pleasant, worry-free stay.
