Everything, including the location of the chalet and views. For the first in Europe, stay in the chalet felt like home from home. Overall experience was much better than I expected. We have enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the trains after we returned in the evening. Rebecca was the perfect host, and she has provided everything we need during our stay. Well we been to many hostel in last 5 countries but never saw a big kitchen like here anywhere else. Its just amazing to have where food and water both are very expensive. Rest all things were well maintained .. easy checkin and checkout system. Free Breakfast and full size lockers for free.. so overall its a good experience.

What a wonderful experience. The tiny eco lodges are perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway, yet close to all the exciting activities Interlaken has to offer. What's not to like? Iseltwald is a small, quiet village conveniently located to all attractions. We had a car, but transportation was readily available in the event we didn't want to use the car. Our apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including parking. The check-in/out process was easy, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming - i felt like a local walking around the village, sitting by the lake soaking up the atmosphere and vibe.

I love absolutely everything. We arrived after check-in hours and the staff made it so easy for us, so that when we arrived, we would have no problem at all. It is a nice country house, decorated with elegance with a large stylish room, where beds are so comfy and silence is your friend all day and night. It is thought for quality sleep and absolute rest, which is what I expect in all hotels but unfortunately, it is not always like that. Breakfast is so complete and varied; besides, it has quality food, which tastes so well when you have the Alps in front of you.

No doubt that this chalet was one of the highlights of our 2 week trip to Europe. We stayed 6 nights but wanted to stay 6 months. Clean and very well laid out apartment. Very comfortable beds, great kitchen and 1 1/2 baths with a great shower. But, the most amazing thing is the VIEW. Waking up to the Alps and cool air. Breathtaking. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Also, the location is super convenient...right near the train station.
