EVERYTHING! The entire experience was amazing. We loved our stay. The cabins were perfect, the facilities were outstanding and we loved our spot with the fire pits and picnic table right outside our doorstep. Our children gravitated to the games room and pool. Stayed in a mountain view balcony room which was lovely, nice fireplace and super comfortable. The lounge area was beautiful with an open fireplace, staff were attentive and the food was honestly sublime.

Hotel is located in just a stunning place by the lake. The room was clean with an amazing view. If you want the staff to clean your room , you need to ask them. Everything you needed was in the room.

The hotel is very good and clean. The room was very warm, I turned off the heating because it was hot. All night the heating was turned off but it was still very warm. I am very satisfied!

Our stay in the Bear Hill Lodge was absolutely fantastic. The room was perfect, with a fireplace that made it super cozy. The bed was very good and the kitchenette came with all the amenities necessary for our stay. Jasper doesn't have a lot of options for food, so the kitchenette was definetly a must. We would stay again there for sure!
