Great location on the Icefields Parkway. Simple rooms that were clean and comfortable. Staff set up a pack 'n play for us when we checked in. Breakfast was great - pastries, eggs, juice, coffee/tea, cereal, oatmeal. Front desk staff were super helpful - gave us great recommendations for family friendly hiking options. Internet in the lobby was fast, which was helpful as I needed to reserve Lake Louise tickets on the day we were in Sunwapta. Would definitely recommend if you need a stop between Banff and Jasper!

I'm genuinely impressed. The setting (right in front of Pyramid Lake) surrounded by the Rockies is absolutely magical. The chalet-style lodges feel cozy and authentic; everything was spotless and supremely comfortable. It’s like stepping into a countryside movie scene. What I loved most: this place doesn’t try to dazzle with frills. There are no gimmicks or flashy extras, just authenticity, comfort and charm. While other lodges fuss over trendy hot tubs, modern lounges, or bar hype, Pyramid Lake Lodge wins by being what it is. It offers pure peace, beauty, and sincere hospitality. Special mention to the views, the sense of calm, and how every little detail (from the fireplace, the decks overlooking the lake, to the comfy beds) supports a feeling of rest and escape. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, beauty, and real character. This lodge got it just right.

Accommodation was cancelled due to wildfires but I keep getting this silly 'rate your stay at Lobstick Lodge'. Communication from the hotel was excellent. Pray they get vack on their feet ASAP.

All cabins in Jasper

Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

Little cabins were comfortable and had everything we needed. Still, the lodge was a great way to expand our experience with the fireplace and fresh coffee and treat.

This mountain resort is GORGEOUS! BEAUTIFUL views every which way you look, hiking trails right on site, beautifully maintained and clean! Even the cabin walls are dusted. Gas fireplace in our chalet. Roomy and comfortable. Lots of heat controls. Restaurant on site and across the highway. Staff are super friendly. The lodge is really lovely and decorated so festively. We brought food and games and watched movies and Hiked and took in the scenery all week. I am immensely impressed and can't wait to come back!
