Everything was great. We got a wonderful room with a nice view to ser one of the beautiful mountains. It was very clean and comfortable. After a couples of hours after we had checked out I received a mail that I forgotten a pair of pants and a shirt in wardrobe. Catherine arranged everything with USP so I will get my cloths in Vancouver, before I am leaving for Europe. Catherine, once again, thank for all your help!

Very good hotel in the downtown in Banff. Banff Avenue is 5 minutes walk and the hotel is also located near the river, ideal for morning or evening walks. The staff was super nice and helpful. If we go back to Banff, we will definitively stay here.

Perfect location, clean, easy self check-in and out. Perfect for 1-few nights stay. The city center is approx 15-20 min walk, the Gondola station is 15-20 min by car. We spent here 1 night, I highly recommend this property ☺️👌

Cabin in the woods so peaceful. Jamie was fabulous in the restaurant, he said the food was the best in Canada and he was not wrong. Had a wonderful time and meal in Storm Mountain just wished I had booked for 2 nights.
