It was an awesome staycation for us! Shiela made our trip better as she was very helpful and gave us the best customer service! We love The ambiance of the pool as well and the room was clean. Elkhorn Lodge is lovely accommodation with great character in a beautiful peaceful location only a few minutes walk to the centre of Banff. Katrin sent us excellent directions to the property and there is plenty of parking on site. It is spotlessly clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. It is also very spacious with areas to sit outside in the garden. When we arrived JP was working on the finishing touches of the Outdoor Tub which is in a lovely situation.
