The owner (Adi) was very involved and friendly. The facilities were clean and authentic. The food options were good at the restaurant and the communal areas were inviting with good ambiance.

We had an amazing time at Phazama farm, Katja and Peter were very helpful throughout, for example they helped us organise a 1-day safari with Thato, which was also amazing. A really magical place!

All staff provided excellent service, whether it was the porter, reception, main dining stewards, breakfast staff or excursion desk. Rooms were airconditioned, with excellent free wi-fi. Pool was a good size, clean and adequately shaded. Dining room and separate breakfast room were excellent, with a high quality, varied menu at quite reasonable cost, plus nightly specials.

Staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Loved the variety of home cooked food and the chef telling us what we were eating every evening. Tents were cleaned every day. Day trips were conducted by professional guides. Loved the hot water showers and hot water bottles in bed every evening. An unforgettable experience.
