Very nice, cozy place. Clean, comfortable. Based in an old building (ex prison), enchant vibe. The cheep public car parking. Nearby 6€ per day or 0,6cents per hour. Breakfast included. A bit far from city center, but it really does nt matter if u have a car

"We loved our stay at 'Il Giardino Segreto', a brand new accomodation in Waterloo. The Chalet and Tipi are lovely and comfy (great beds), the heated pool is awesome, the jacuzzi even better and the garden is huge and extremely well kept. At night you can cook, eat and chill in the heated poolhouse which is fully covered in the winter. I really recommend this new and very nice place, great value for money. We will come back"

Room was extra large, and it could warm up quite easily. Breakfast was superb in so lovely decorated space. The hotel was 30 minutes walk from the centre, but it was in very quite and nice area, with less than 10 min walk to KU Leuven. Would recommend it and come again on the next visit to Leuven!
