Lady at the reception is very helpful, she helped me a lot with communication with another hotel, where people are not that responsive. The rooms are big, good shower, good heating. Bus stop in two minutes walk. 25 minutes to the city, they don't take more than 11 aud per day for public transport.

Lovely addition of having the breakfast supplies and the wood fire was absolutely lovely, honestly a 10/10 experience for a little weekend getaway and there’s even restaurants nearby if you don’t wanna cook.

Good location, clean, has a fridge, great that it is possible to wash and dry clothes, good internet, great that there is an elevator to get to the hotel from Southern Cross (this is important with big luggage)
