This little cottage about 3 mins walk from the center of town roundabout (SIM card shop is there) where all visitors to Dilijan are dropped or picked up (for / to Yerevan, or from Tbilisi Avlabari metro stop) is a real gem. Lovely boutique feel, nice small hikes close by, lots of good restaurants and convenience stores within 5 minutes walk. Was wonderful interacting with Ali, such a deep soul and kind host who also makes excellent tea and coffee besides lovely conversation. So happy I spent 2 nights there, and it's very reasonably priced. Comes with nice coffee tea in the room for early risers, and the bathroom is good.

It's a very beautifull small 2room private appartment with a balcony with a great view on the mountains. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We were one of the first visitors, everything is very new. Only the curtains were still missing, which wasn't a problem, but that's the only advice I can think of for improvement.
